PREPARE:
Cut florets off into equal size pieces. The stem is edible and delicious too: peel off outer, woody layer, then cut into wedges.
WAYS TO EAT:

Eat them fresh with dip:
- dip raw florets in hummus or veggie dip

Roast florets and stems:
- Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
- Roast at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

Steam florets and stems:
- Place in steamer for 5-10 minutes.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
- Add florets to pasta water with 2 minutes of cooking left.
- Add broccoli to scrambled eggs, mac and cheese, stir fry and pizza.
