PREPARE:
Remove stems and any yellow or discolored leaves. Wash well and cut into halves or quarters.
WAYS TO EAT:

Steam for 5 minutes.
- Toss with olive oil and sea salt.

Sauté in coconut oil:
- For 3-5 minutes with a pinch of sea salt and red pepper flakes

Roast in the oven:
- Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 350.
- Add cooked brussels sprouts to pasta dishes or stir fry.
- Finely chop and add to a salad or slaw.
