Buy chia seeds packaged or from bulk bins.
WAYS TO EAT:

Sprinkle chia seeds:
- On toast and nut butter.
- On peanut butter sandwiches.
- Add a scoop of chia seeds to smoothies and oatmeal.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 3 tablespoons water and use as an egg replacement in baked goods.
- Use instead of breadcrumbs.
- Add chia to a healthy beverage and drink up.
