PREPARE:
Rinse fresh figs in cool water and pat dry with a paper towel or kitchen towel. Twist off stems with fingertips.
WAYS TO EAT:
- Eat fresh figs like you would an apple.
- Slice and add to salads.

Roast:
- Cut in half and place on a baking sheet.
- Roast at 350 for 20-25 mins.
- Add to pizza, pasta dishes and quesadillas.
- Drizzle roasted figs with honey for a sweet treat.
- Eat dried figs raw or add to trail mix.
- Chop up fresh or dried figs and add to oatmeal, granola or yogurt.
