PREPARE:
Wash under cold water, remove stem, and cut up as desired.

Make margarita pizza!:
- Drizzle pizza crust with olive oil.
- Top with sliced heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil!
- Bake in the oven.
- Chop up and add to salads and grain bowls.
- Add sliced tomatoes to sandwiches and grilled cheese.
- Eat sliced tomatoes on toast with avocado.
- Sauté chopped tomatoes in olive oil and sea salt, and eat over pasta with fresh basil.
