PREPARE:
Wash the kiwi, then cut in half. Use a spoon and scoop out the flesh - slide the spoon between the skin and the flesh. Eat like this, or cut into bite size pieces.
WAYS TO EAT:
- Put kiwi chunks in your child's lunch.
- Add kiwi to fruit salad, salad greens or smoothies.
- Slice into coins as a quick and easy snack or side.
