- use shreds and make slaw - mix with olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and other veggies like shredded beets and carrots.
- top your tacos with shredded cabbage.
- use the cabbage leaf for a wrap like you would a sandwich.
- Sauté sliced cabbage in olive oil with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
- Sauté sliced cabbage in coconut oil, with a spalsh of soy sauce.
- Toss cabbage into soup, stir fry, salads, and pasta dishes.
