PREPARE:
Rinse under cold running water and pat dry. Cut cauliflower into equal size pieces.
WAYS TO EAT:
- Eat raw or dip in hummus.

Roast:
- Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
- Roast in the oven 350 for 20-30 mins.
- Add to pizza, pasta or stir-fry.
- Puree roasted cauliflower and serve as a mashed potato substitute.
ADD SOME FUN!
Mix all three colors of cut cauliflower together (orange, purple and white) and have a taste test!
