PREPARE:
Place quinoa seeds in a fine mesh strainer and wash under cool water. Bring 2 cups of water or broth to a boil, then add 1 cup of quinoa. When water returns to a boil, lower to a simmer and cover for 15 minutes. Remove from stove and let stand covered for 5 more minutes. Uncover and fluff with a fork.
WAYS TO EAT:

Keep cooked quinoa in your fridge:
- Add to salads, wraps, soups, and stews.

Make a quinoa salad:
- Mix quinoa with fresh herbs, veggies, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper.
- Sauté veggies and eat over quinoa with tamari soy sauce.

Use in place of oatmeal:
- Mix with nuts, nut milk, maple syrup, and sliced bananas or blueberries.
