PREPARE:
Chop off greens and keep - they are edible! Wash greens and radishes, and cut as desired.
WAYS TO EAT:
- Eat raw or dip in hummus.
- Drizzle radishes with olive oil and sea salt.
- Grate radishes and add to salad, slaw, pasta and lasagna.
- Cut into thin circles and add to sandwiches, wraps and stir fry.

Sauté greens in olive oil with sea salt:
- Eat as a side or as a garnish on soup, eggs, or casseroles.
