PREPARE:
Stems and leaves are edible - chop them up or tear with your hands.
WAYS TO EAT:

- Season with sea salt, and eat as a side.
- Add chopped swiss chard to scrambled eggs, soups, and stir fry
- Add chopped swiss chard to pasta water with 1 minute left of cooking.
- Wrap up your favorite protein in the leaves.
