PREPARE:
Wash strawberries in cold water, then cut off the green tops. Keep whole, cut in half, or mash.
WAYS TO EAT:
- Eat whole strawberries for a delicious sweet snack or dessert.
- Mix halved strawberries with 1 T. maple syrup, and top with coconut whip cream for a healthy dessert.
- Make a strawberry rhubarb crisp.
- Add strawberries to oatmeal and yogurt or a green salad.
- Eat mashed strawberries over corn bread.
