PREPARE:
Wash the outside well. Cut the watermelon in half, turn each side, cut side down and carefully shave off the rind. You will be left with a watermelon cone, with no rind, which you can cut into chunks.
WAYS TO EAT:
- Eat cut up watermelon for a snack or dessert.

Add to smoothies:
- spinach, avocado, and watermelon.
- Blend with water and ice cubes to make watermelon slushies.
- Cube and add to fruit kabobs.
- Use a mellon baller to create watermelon balls.
